Nowadays maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a challenge.But you know this can be achieve by doing some changes in our daily routine,it's actually not that tough, these minor changes leads to major health profit. So now let's move to these tips:

● Yoga

Its an ancient practice people do to make their lifestyle healthy. Starting your morning with yoga is the best thing you give to your body to make it active for a whole day . In Starting 20-30 min yoga is inof later you can increase this time according to your strength and interest. Studies shows that even 20 min yoga can improve focus and working memory.

● Meditation

Meditation is the one which can boost health and help to maintain well being. It even help to increase immunity and healing power of your body. It help to maintain quality of sleep which ultimately leads to decrease in the stress level. You know the best part this all can achieve by only 20 min meditation in a day. The best time for mediation is 4 am in morning and 4pm in evening.

 Reduce salt and sugar from daily diet

Salt contains sodium which when taken in excessive amount leads to heart disease and strokes. So,salt should be taken in appropriate amount i.e. 6g nearly one tablespoon in a day for adult. It better to replace it by rock salt or Himalayan salt. Sugar is sweet for your taste buds but not for your body, taken it in more amount leads to cavity, weight gain and show adverse effects in almost every part of body. AHA one adult should not take more than 6 teaspoons (25 grams) of added sugar a day for women and 9 teaspoons (36 grams) for men. Its better to replace it by natural sweetening agents like jaggery, misri ,etc.

● Add fruits and vegetables in daily diet

Fruits and vegetables have everything what your body needs. They have vitamins , minerals ,nutrients , folate etc. They are the excellent source of vit C and fibres. It prevents constipation, heart disease ,stroke and all kinds of diseases including dangerous like cancer also. So including fruit and vegetables to diet is one of the best to make your lifestyle healthier. You can include them in breakfast , salad and as a evening snacks also.

● Cutoff the fat intake

Of course fat is needed in our body but type and amount is the point to notice. Saturated fats in excessive amount increases cholesterol level in blood causes blockage in blood vessels which leads to strokes and even heart attack. It is also the reason for weight gain . You can reduce fat easily by avoiding oily food, junk food ,packaged and processed food.

● Get enough sleep

Sleep of 7-8 hours is must. It reduces stress and help to maintain a good memory power also. If you not sleep enough then you are gone eat more especially junk food and caffeinated drinks make yourself awake which leads to weight gain and source of other diseases too.

● Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Avoid alcohol and smoking if you consume them or also be away from smokers or smoke of cigarettes if you wanna be healthy and disease free for long time.5

You can achieve a healthy lifestyle by following these tips . If you follow this routine on daily basis, then definitely you are gonna see the difference but you need be regular and practice it atleast for 3 months for good results.
